I can’t say much about anything else because the main thing I’m focused on is the lack of response. I reached out and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me.

I was interested in buying this because the price seemed reasonable, but every time I check, it’s out of stock. It’s frustrating because I’m trying to stick to a budget, and when something affordable keeps disappearing, it makes shopping way more annoying than it needs to be.

The bike itself seems okay so far, but I’m not sure if I was expecting too much or what, because the packaging felt rough for something at this price. The box arrived crushed on one side, and the fork had actually rubbed through the cardboard. A few parts were loose inside too, with barely any padding. Nothing major was broken, so maybe I should just be glad about that, but there were some scratches I really didn’t expect on a brand-new bike. Overall, the bike is fine, but they definitely need to do a better job packing it

I bought a Polygon bike from polygonbikes.com last year, and at first it was actually solid. The ride felt good, and the delivery process was fine overall, so I was happy with it in the beginning.
After a few months of regular trail riding, I noticed a small crack near one of the frame welds. I’m not doing big jumps or anything extreme, so it was actually disappointing to see that happen so soon.

I did reach out to support, and they replied, but the whole process felt slow and not super clear. For what I paid, I actually expected the frame to hold up better and last longer.

I don’t know, the whole thing just left a bad taste. The website made it seem like the bike came with one groupset, but when it showed up, the parts were different. I contacted support thinking they’d help, but they basically just pointed me to the fine print. It felt frustrating and kind of off, honestly

The bike rides really nice once it’s all set up, but the out-of-the-box checks felt hit or miss. I found a few loose bolts and some tiny marks in the paint, which was frustrating because I just wanted to get riding, not spend extra time checking everything over. Support did help me out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but I really wish the quality control was more consistent

I did finally get my refund, but it was slow. I was in a bit of a hurry to get it sorted, so the wait made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I had a problem with my Polygon bike and, trying to get warranty help has been a hassle. I’m not trying to be difficult or make a big deal out of nothing, but the replies were slow and I kept being asked for the same photos and details over and over.
At a certain point it really felt like they were more focused on finding a reason not to cover it than actually helping me get it fixed. It’s still not sorted, and after this experience, I wouldn’t buy another one if having decent warranty support matters to you
